Refund Policy

Our app offers a variety of products for sale. However, due to the differing nature of these products, a uniform refund policy cannot be applied to all of them.

1. Videos, Guess Papers, Assignments, and eBooks – Once purchased, these products can be accessed and used for a period of six months.

2. No Refunds – No refund will be provided once any Video, Guess Paper, Assignment, or eBook has been purchased.

3. Replacement / Error Correction – In case of any issue with the quality, content, or subject of the Videos, Guess Papers, Assignments, or eBooks, users may request replacement or error correction.

4. Hard Copy Books – If a physical book received is damaged, old, or of the wrong subject, you may request a replacement or contact us for a refund.

5. Non-Delivery or Delay – If a hard copy book is not delivered or is delivered after an unreasonable delay, the customer will be eligible to request a refund.
