वर्द्धमान महावीर खुला विश्वविद्यालय कोटा द्वारा 8 जुलाई 2021 को राजस्थान के विभिन्न समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित सूचना एंव राज्य की एक यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा किसी अन्य प्रकाशन समूह पर किये गए वाद के आलोक में अजयमेरु पब्लिकेशन द्वारा आज दिनांक 1 सितम्बर को यह उद्घोषित किया जाता है कि -
1. अजयमेरु पब्लिकेशन एक निजी प्रकाशन है, इसकी वर्द्धमान महावीर खुला विश्वविद्यालय कोटा से प्रत्यक्ष एंव अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से सम्बद्धता नही है ।
2. विश्वविद्यालय के लोगो ( LOGO ) का हमने कही भी उपयोग नही किया है ।
3. पब्लिकेशन द्वारा वन वीक सीरीज के मुख पृष्ठ तथा अन्य जगहों पर आज से विश्वविद्यालय का नाम नही दिया जाएगा । इस सम्बंध में विभिन्न विधिवेत्ताओं से चर्चा के बाद यह स्पष्ट करना चाहेंगे कि पुस्तक पर विश्वविद्यालय का नाम दिया जाना अवैधानिक नही है क्योकि प्रकाशन समूहों द्वारा परीक्षा आयोजक संस्थाओं ( EXAM CONDUCTING BODY ) का नाम दिया जाना सामान्य प्रचलन है, जिसका उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों के लिए उस पाठ्यसामग्री को पंहुचाना, उस अध्ययन सामग्री की उपयोगिता को बढ़ाना तथा अपने उत्पाद को विशिष्ट पहचान दिलवाना होता है । जैसे " UPSC के लिए " लिखा जाना यह दर्शाता है कि यह पुस्तक UPSC के विद्यार्थियों के लिए है, अन्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के छात्र इसे ना खरीदे ..
4. एक सितम्बर से पूर्व प्रकाशित वन वीक सीरीज मे विश्वविद्यालय का नाम दिया गया था, लेकिन उसके पीछे की मंशा विश्वविद्यालय के नाम को धूमिल करना नही था बल्कि छात्रो में अध्ययनसामग्री के सम्बंध में जागरूकता प्रसार इसका उद्देश्य था ।
5. विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन द्वारा किसी भी प्रकाशन को सीरीज या गाइड प्रकाशित करने हेतु अधिकृत नही किया गया है, हम भी विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन से नाम उपयोग करने हेतु अनुमति नही लेने के लिए खेद प्रकट करते है तथा भविष्य में विश्वविद्यालय के नाम का अनाधिकृत उपयोग नही करने का आश्वासन देते है ।
6. दूरस्थ शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने हेतु हमारी प्रतिबद्धता पहले दिन से ही स्पष्ट है। अध्ययन छोड़ चुके छात्रो को शिक्षा की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने में विश्वविद्यालय की भूमिका की हम सराहना करते है तथा अजयमेरु पब्लिकेशन भी विभिन्न पहलो के द्वारा इस दिशा में कार्य कर रहा है ।
7. हम राज्य के उन चुनिंदा प्रकाशनों में से है, जिन्होंने अपने सामाजिक सरोकारों का उल्लेख वन वीक सीरीज में किया है । बालिका शिक्षा, गोडावण संरक्षण, सैनिक कल्याण जैसे जनोपयोगी कार्यो में सहयोग का बीड़ा पब्लिकेशन समूह ने उठा रखा ही है ।
8. यह स्पष्टीकरण आज पब्लिकेशन के विभिन्न सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर डाल दिया गया है। गोरतलब है कि सोशल मीडिया प्रिन्ट मीडिया के समान ही जनसंचार का एक प्रभावी माध्यम है ।
